Land & Commercial, Inc. has been in business and served the State of Maryland since 1974. We specialize in the industrial, office, retail, land and development fields of Real Estate.

Faye M. Bruso, Realtor, works in our company and her sales mainly consist of church sites, residential land sales and some commercial and industrial sales.

Mrs. Bruso has years of experience in the field of Accounting, Office Management, Administrative, Organizational skills, and was the Administrator for a large walk-in health care facility for thirteen years.  She was the sole owner of a Ledo Pizza Restaurant and was a co-owner of a 7-Eleven store; she also spoke publicly on behalf of the National Crime Victims Rights movement.

She is an member of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors, Inc., Maryland Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center, Inc., Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, RWLC, and the Maryland Federation of Republican Women where she serves as Event Chair.  She has satisfied all requirements of certification as established by the National Association of Realtors, and is certified and qualifies as an e-PRO leader in the practice of Online Real Estate.
