Carrie began working with Land & Commercial, Inc. in the late 1980's with concentration in Research and Development of a computerized tracking database for comparable properties. At that time, there was no way to easily formulate the value of LAND properties. The firm found this database quite useful over the years, and since then, it has morphed into a more sophisticated format. During this time period with the company, Carrie worked closely with the Real Estate Agents with regard to Research of property, advertising and Contract processing.
