Leo began his real estate career in 1971 and, just three years later, founded Land & Commercial, Inc. after earning his GRI designation as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. He has completed all coursework toward the CCIM designation and achieved the prestigious SIOR designation in 1995—an honor held by only 3,528 industrial/office specialists in the United States with an additional 300+ specialists worldwide. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, ethical, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
 

Throughout his career, Leo has been an active member of numerous professional organizations, including:

• Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)

• Prince George’s County Association of Realtors

• Prince George’s County Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club

• Maryland Association of Realtors

• National Association of Realtors

With over 50 years of experience, Leo has developed extensive expertise in commercial real estate brokerage and asset management. His background spans roles as a developer, partner, consultant, and property manager, with specialized knowledge in areas such as property tax appeals and market valuation.
